Find out about the powerhouse in your home. You will need to turn off the power to install bedroom lamps. Unscrew old luminaires with a screwdriver. Carefully remove the fixtures from the brackets and then disconnect the power source by unscrewing the wire nuts. Set thread nuts aside for later use. Unscrew the mounting bracket from the ceiling. Connect the mounting bracket to the ceiling connector box. Use a screwdriver to screw the bracket into place.
Connect the wires of the bedroom lamps. Usually, it connects the black and white cable to the corresponding colors. Use thread nuts to convert the threads. Additionally, make sure you connect the grounding cable to the green earth screw located in the connector box. Screw hanging light into place in the mounting bracket. Use a screwdriver to secure the light in place. Turn on the power to the lights.
